Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Policy Overview

Our policy is applicable exclusively for instances where books are either damaged or incorrect titles have been delivered. The policy period extends for 72 hours from the time of delivery. Requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements made after this period will not be accommodated.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Damages Covered

  • Severe Spine Damage: Causing pages to come apart.
  • Significant In-Transit Damages: Excludes minor corner bends, dents, and cover scratches.
  • Misprints, Tears, or Missing Pages: Affecting more than two pages.
  • Unreadable Pages: Smudging affecting more than two pages.

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments are also applicable for missing books or incorrect deliveries. If possible, please provide an unpacking video to assist our investigation.

Refund Process

  1. Contact: Reach out to us via WhatsApp for refunds on prepaid orders returned to the origin.
  2. Courier Pickup: Our courier service will collect the return from your doorstep at no additional shipping cost.
  3. Refund Method: We do not offer an automatic refund system; refunds will be processed manually.

Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is undelivered due to courier issues, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • In-Transit Orders: Orders that are in transit or out for delivery cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds: Full refunds will be processed for orders canceled within the specified timeframe, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Order Modifications: Orders can be edited until shipment, but address and contact details cannot be changed post-shipment.
